NOTICE is hereby given that application will be made to the Parliament of Canada, at its next session, for an Act to incorporate a company called the White Horse & Alsek Railway company with power to construct, equip, operate and maintain a line of Railway from a point at or near the Town of White Horse in the Yukon Territory and proceeding therefrom in westerly direction through the intervening Country by the most feasible route to the International Boundary, thence northerly by way or the White River Valley or by the most feasible route to the city or Dawson; with power to equip, construct, and operate branch lines; to build, own and maintain docks and wharves; to equip, own and build boats and steamers operate the same; to equip own and operate telegraph and telephone lines; to expropriate lands necessary for said Railway; and to make traffic arrangements with other Railway and Steamship lines, and generally with power to do all such acts as may be necessary or expedient in connection with the construction and operation of the said line of Railway.
